You directly provide us with the personal data we collect. We collect the data and process your data when you:

- ・Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email

We use your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. We collect your personal data so that we can:

- ・Enable you to share photos and text with other Users
- ・Improve the Product and respond to your inquiries

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill our performance as described above in section 3, and/or for as long as we have your permission to retain it.
Your personal data is securely stored on AWS servers provided by Amazon, Inc. (“AWS Servers”). Please acknowledge that some or all of your data may be stored on AWS Servers located outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”, which consists of all EU member states, as well as Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).
While we do not control the location of AWS Servers, if your data is stored outside the EEA, we rely on Amazon Inc. to handle any international transfers responsibly and in accordance with GDPR, using strong legal and security safeguards to ensure your data remains protected.
By using the Product and submitting your information to us, you acknowledge and agree to our method of storing as prescribed in this section.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every User is entitled to the following rights:
Right of Access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data from us. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
Right to Rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete any information you believe is incomplete.
