Maintenance and Our Responsibilities

If a product fails after the warranty period or is otherwise not covered by the warranty, we are happy to adjust or repair it at the designated service center for a service fee.
In principle, our industrial display related products are designed so that maintenance parts can be supplied for a period of about 7 years after their sale. However, the reality is that the supply of parts can change drastically, due to factors specific to the large-scale market of display products, such as their rapid technological progress. For that reason, please be aware that some variability in this period for maintaining service parts may occur.
If a product ceases to be in good working order, our responsibility to the customer is limited to adjusting, repairing, or replacing the product. Consequently, we are not responsible for the costs of on-site product replacement work or damages due to not being able to use a product that fails.
